Hello all!
Please do not forget about our VEGAS NIGHT fundraiser coming up on Thursday, February 18th!
In the past, this night has been for adults only, but in 2016, students are invited too! This fundraiser is our big money raiser for the year!
Keep an eye out for packets coming out NEXT WEEK from your student.
There will also be student performances this year:
6:00 – Orchestra performance
6:30 – 5th Grade Band performance & raffle
7:00 – 6th & 7th Grade Band performance & raffle
7:30 – Concert Band performance & raffle
8:00 – Jazz Band performance
8:30 – “Big Ticket” Raffle
Each band member is EXPECTED to be in attendance for their scheduled performance. If there is a conflict, students will only be excused with a parent contacting the director.
Check out our info letter attached, we need each family’s help and support! We ask for raffle basket donations, and ticket sales from each family.
This is an all you can eat/drink event! Much cheaper then taking the family out to a restaurant for dinner!
